From Neo Chorio, head southeast on the main road (28FM+J6C) towards the Akamas Peninsula. Continue for approximately 2.5km until you reach the Smigies picnic site, where the trail begins. Parking is available at the picnic site free of charge. Be aware that the final section of the road leading to the picnic site is a paved dirt track.

From Polis, a taxi to the Smigies Nature Trail will cost approximately €15-€20 and take around 15-20 minutes. Arrange for the taxi to drop you off at the Smigies picnic site, the starting point of the trail. Confirm the price with the driver before starting your journey.
