Getting There

Car
If you are driving, start on Protaras Avenue in Fig Tree Bay. Head northeast toward the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Konnos Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the next roundabout. Take the second exit onto Leoforos Protaras - Kavo Gkreko. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Sunrise Beach on your left. Turn left into the entrance, and you will find parking available nearby, which is usually free.

Bus
If you prefer public transportation, locate the nearest bus stop on Protaras Avenue. Board the bus that heads towards Protaras. The bus service is frequent, and tickets cost around €1.50 per person. Stay on the bus until you reach the Protaras bus station. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Sunrise Beach. Exit the bus station, head south on Protaras Avenue, then turn right onto Leoforos Protaras - Kavo Gkreko. Follow the road for about 800 meters until you reach Sunrise Beach on your left.

Walking
If you are already in Fig Tree Bay and prefer to walk, simply head southeast on Fig Tree Bay Road until you reach the end of the beach. Continue along the coast path that runs parallel to the beach. This picturesque walk will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Follow the path as it curves around, and you will arrive at Sunrise Beach, which is well-signposted along the way.
