Getting There

• Bus

  To reach Paphos Gate from Larnaca, start by walking to the nearest bus stop. If you're at Finikoudes Beach, head to the bus stop on the seafront (Finikoudes). Take the Intercity Bus (K1 or K2) towards Nicosia. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Nicosia Central Bus Station, exit the bus and walk towards the city center. Follow the signs for 'Old City' and walk straight along Makarios Avenue until you reach the roundabout. From there, take the first exit onto the pedestrian street (Evagorou Street). Continue straight until you reach the entrance of the Old City walls, where Paphos Gate is located.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from your location in Larnaca to Paphos Gate in Nicosia. Simply ask the taxi driver to take you to 'Paphos Gate, Nicosia'. The ride will take about 40 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.

• Walking from the Bus Station

  Once you arrive at Nicosia Central Bus Station, exit the station and head towards the main road. Cross the road and turn right onto Griva Digeni Avenue. Continue walking straight until you reach the first traffic lights. At the lights, turn left onto Digeni Akrita Street and walk until you reach the Old City gates. Paphos Gate will be straight ahead as you approach the historical walls.
