From Limassol, take the Limassol Bus service (Route 24) from the EMEL Bus Station Leontiou A´. The bus will take you to Akrotiri village. The journey takes approximately 34 minutes and costs €2. From the Akrotiri Community Board bus stop, you can walk towards the Chapel of Agios Georgios, which marks the start of the dirt track leading to the dunes. The walk from the bus stop to the dunes is approximately 2 kilometers.

A taxi or ride-share from Limassol to Akrotiri Sand Dunes takes approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Expect to pay around €23-€35 for a one-way trip. From the drop-off point, follow the dirt track towards the dunes, approximately a 10-minute walk.

If driving from Limassol, take the A1 highway towards Larnaca. Exit at the Akrotiri village exit (Exit 22). Follow the signs towards Akrotiri and continue straight until you reach the village. Continue through Akrotiri village towards the Chapel of Agios Georgios. Park near the chapel and walk along the dirt track to the dunes. Parking is typically free. Note that the dirt track can be bumpy and may be challenging for low-clearance vehicles, especially after rain.
