Parko Paliatso Luna Park, established in 1999 by Vali Amusements Ltd, is the largest and most exciting amusement park in Cyprus, sprawling across 30,000 square meters in the heart of Ayia Napa. The park boasts over 25 distinct attractions, catering to a wide spectrum of preferences. Thrill-seekers can experience the Sling Shot, the highest ejection seat ride in Europe, launching riders 90 meters into the air. For a less intense but equally captivating experience, the Giant Wheel offers panoramic views of Ayia Napa and its coastline. The park also features family rides, including bumper cars, a swing ride, and a ghost train. Younger visitors can enjoy a dedicated kiddie area with a carousel, mini-wheel, tea cups, and bumper boats. Parko Paliatso operates on a unique pay-as-you-go system, with no general admission fee. Visitors can purchase tokens to use on individual rides or opt for a wristband that grants almost unlimited access to most attractions. The park also features an indoor playground and a 1,000 m² restaurant, offering a climate-controlled space for kids to play and a place to refuel with a variety of food and drinks. During the Christmas holidays, Parko Paliatso expands its reach, operating seasonal amusement parks in Nicosia and Larnaca. While the park is typically closed between late October and April, its indoor playground and restaurant remain open for birthday parties and other events.
