From the Ayia Napa Square, walk east on Kryou Nerou Avenue. Continue onto Stadiou Street. The church will be on your right after approximately 1km. The walk is roughly 15-20 minutes.

From Nissi Beach, take bus 101 or 102 towards Ayia Napa and get off at Ayia Napa Central bus stop. From there, walk towards Stadiou Street, approximately a 10-minute walk. The Church of Agios Epiphanios will be located on Stadiou Street to your right after walking for about 1 kilometer. A single bus fare costs €2 during the day and €3 at night.
