If you are in the Paphos Harbour area, start by heading northwest towards the promenade. Follow the coast until you reach the roundabout. From there, take the first exit onto Tombs of the Kings Avenue. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the entrance to the Small Tombs on your left, marked by a sign. The site is adjacent to the larger Tombs of the Kings, so you can follow the signs leading you there.
