Experience Cape Greco Lighthouse

Getting There

  • Walking

    Start at the center of Protaras, near the Fig Tree Bay area. Head southeast along the main coastal promenade (Protaras Avenue). Continue walking for about 2 kilometers until you reach the Cape Greco National Forest Park entrance. This is a paved path and is well-marked. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you will see signs directing you towards the lighthouse. Follow the trail that leads through the park. The path is scenic and takes you past beautiful views of the coastline. After approximately 1.5 kilometers of walking through the park, you will arrive at the Cape Greco Lighthouse. Enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding sea and cliffs.

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Protaras. Begin at the Fig Tree Bay area and head southeast along the coastal road (Protaras Avenue). Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Cape Greco National Forest Park. Enter the park and follow the designated cycling paths. The ride through the park is picturesque, and after about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the Cape Greco Lighthouse. Make sure to take your time and enjoy the views along the way.

After entering the park, you will see signs leading to the lighthouse. The walk from the park entrance to the Cape Greco Lighthouse is approximately 1.5 kilometers along a scenic route.
