Getting There

Walking
From the center of Protaras, head east along the main road (Protaras Avenue). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Nausicaa Street. Turn right onto Nausicaa Street and follow it as it curves around. You will see signs directing you to Kalamies Beach. As you approach the beach area, keep an eye out for local landmarks such as restaurants and shops that indicate you are nearing your destination. The beach will be on your right after you pass a small park.

From any point in Protaras, locate the nearest bus stop and take the bus heading towards Paralimni or Ayia Napa. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the times. Get off at the stop called 'Kalamies Beach'. After disembarking, walk towards the beach, which is just a short distance away. Follow the signs directing you to the beach entrance.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Protaras center and ride towards Protaras Avenue. Stay on Protaras Avenue heading east, then take a right onto Nausicaa Street.
