    Public Transportation

    From Prague, take a train from the main train station (Hlavní nádraží) to Karlštejn. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Karlštejn train station, you can either walk to the castle, which is about a 30-minute walk uphill, or take a local bus or taxi to the castle entrance.

    From Prague, take the D5 highway towards Plzeň. Take exit 9 towards Karlštejn and follow the signs to the castle. There is a parking lot near the castle where you can park your car. From there, it is a short walk to the castle entrance.
