If you are driving from within Bohemia, head towards Prague. Use the D1 motorway if you are coming from the south or the D5 from the west. Once in Prague, follow signs for the city center. Take the exit for Karlín onto Krizikova street, then turn onto Sokolovská street. Follow this road until you reach Karlín Square at Karlínské nám. 156/2, 186 00 Praha 8-Karlín. There are paid parking options available nearby, so expect to pay around 40 CZK per hour.

To reach Karlín Square using public transportation, start by finding the nearest metro station. If you are in Prague, take the metro line B (the yellow line) and get off at the Křižíkova station. From the metro exit, head east on Křižíkova street, which will lead you directly to Karlín Square in about a 5-minute walk. Alternatively, trams 3, 8, and 24 also stop nearby; get off at the Karlín, Urxova stop, and walk for about 3 minutes to the square. A single ticket for public transport costs 40 CZK and is valid for 90 minutes.
