The Astronomical Clock is located in the square on the northern side, easily visible.

From the Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), you can take tram number 1 or 2 from the nearby tram stop. Board the tram and ride for 2 stops to the 'Hlavní nádraží' stop. Then, get off at the 'Náměstí Svobody' stop. Once you exit the tram, the Astronomical Clock is just a short walk away in the square directly ahead.

If you are starting from Špilberk Castle, exit the castle grounds and head down the hill towards the city center. Follow the path leading to the historical center and merge onto Kounicova street.
