Car
If you are driving, start by heading towards the town of Senohraby. From Prague, take the D1 motorway towards Brno and exit at 21, following signs for Senohraby. Continue on the road until you reach Posázavská street where Zlenice castle is located. There is parking available near the castle, but be mindful of any parking restrictions.
Public Transportation
To reach Zlenice castle using public transport, start by taking a train from Prague's main train station (Hlavní nádraží) to the Senohraby station. Trains run frequently, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Senohraby station, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Zlenice castle, which is approximately 2 kilometers away. Alternatively, you can take a bus from the station to a stop closer to the castle.
Walking from Public Transport
If you choose to walk from the Senohraby train station to Zlenice castle, exit the station and head southeast on Hlavní street. Continue straight until you reach Posázavská street, then turn left. Follow Posázavská for about 2 kilometers; the castle will be on your right. This walk should take around 25-30 minutes.
