If you are traveling by car, head towards Prague from any location in Central Bohemia. Use the D5 motorway or D1 highway, depending on your starting point. Follow signs for Prague and take the exit towards the city center. Once you reach the outskirts of Prague, follow the signs for Hradčany area, where Prague Castle is located. There is limited parking available, so look for parking facilities nearby, such as at the parking lot on Letenská Street or at the underground garage at the Malostranská metro station. Expect to pay for parking, which typically costs around 40 CZK per hour. From the parking area, it is a short walk to the entrance of Prague Castle.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a train or bus to Prague's central station (Hlavní nádraží). From there, you can catch metro line A (green line) towards Nemocnice Motol. Get off at Malostranská station. Once you exit the station, head towards the tram stop and take tram number 22, which goes directly to the Prague Castle area. Get off at the stop called 'Pražský hrad'. The ticket for the metro and tram costs around 40 CZK for a 30-minute journey. After disembarking, follow the signs leading to the castle entrance, which is approximately a 10-minute walk uphill through the scenic Hradčany district.
