From the Český Krumlov Castle, head down the hill towards the Old Town. As you reach the main square, continue straight towards the Latrán Street. Follow Latrán Street, and you will see St. Jost Church on your left at Latrán 6. It's a short 10-minute walk from the castle.

If you are starting from the Český Krumlov bus station, exit the station and walk towards the city center. Follow the main road, and after about 15-20 minutes, you will arrive at the Old Town. From the Old Town, navigate to Latrán Street, and St. Jost Church will be located at Latrán 6 on your left.
