If you are starting from the Hradec Králové Main Train Station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Třída Karla IV). Turn left and walk straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with the street 'Sokolská'. Turn right onto Sokolská and continue walking for approximately 400 meters. You will see a large park area on your left, which is Park u Muzea, located at Kotěrova 671.
