Walking
If you are at the Hradec Králové Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), exit the station and head towards the main road (Hradecká). Turn left onto Hradecká and walk straight for about 700 meters until you reach the intersection with Palackého Street. Turn right onto Palackého and continue walking for about 500 meters. You will see Šimkovy sady on your left, just past the intersection with Špitálská Street.
Public Transport
From the Hradec Králové Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), you can take tram number 1 or bus number 2. Board the tram or bus heading towards 'Adalbertinum' or 'Třebeš'. Get off at the 'Šimkovy sady' stop. The park is directly adjacent to the stop, so you will see it as you disembark.
Walking from the City Center
If you find yourself in the city center, start from the square (Malé náměstí). Head southeast on Špitálská Street and continue straight for about 600 meters. You will reach the entrance to Šimkovy sady on your right, just before the intersection with Palackého Street.
Bicycle
If you are renting a bicycle, start from the city center and head towards the river (Labe). Follow the bike path along the riverbank heading northeast. After about 1.5 km, you will see signs for Šimkovy sady directing you towards the entrance on your left.
