Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the Colonnade in the center of Karlovy Vary. From there, head east on Tržiště Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the main road, Karlovarská. Cross the street and continue straight onto the pathway leading to the Vrchlického sady park. Walk through the park, enjoying the scenery. As you exit the park, turn left onto Jateční Street. After approximately 5 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Socha Karla IV., located at 360 01 Karlovy Vary 1. Look for the statue near the main path in the park area.

• Public Transport

  If you are near the Karlovy Vary bus station, take bus number 5 towards Nové Strašecí. Get off at the stop 'Vrchlického sady,' which is a short walk from Socha Karla IV. Once you exit the bus, head east towards the park. The statue is located in the park area, and you will see it within a few minutes of walking along the main paths.

• Bicycle

  Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Karlovy Vary. Head towards the main promenade and take the cycle path that follows the Teplá River. Enjoy a leisurely ride along the river. As you approach the park area, look for signs directing you to the Vrchlického sady park. Park your bicycle at the designated area and walk towards the Socha Karla IV., which is located within the park.
