If you are starting from the main pedestrian area of Karlovy Vary (Krále Jiřího), head towards the Mill Colonnade (Mlýnská kolonáda). From the Colonnade, walk east along the Mill Stream (Mlýnský potok) for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Mlýnské nábř. Continue on Mlýnské nábř. for another 3 minutes. You will see Spring №11 Freedom Spring located directly along the riverside at Mlýnské nábř. 468.

Get off at the stop named 'Divadelní náměstí' (Theatre Square). From there, walk towards the Mill Colonnade (Mlýnská kolonáda) and follow the walking directions provided earlier along the Mill Stream towards Mlýnské nábř. You will find Spring №11 Freedom Spring after approximately an 8-minute walk.
