From the center of Kutná Hora, head southeast on the main street, Česká. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Riegrova street. Turn left onto Riegrova and walk until you reach the bus station, which is about a 10-minute walk. At the bus station, look for a bus heading towards Sázava; the bus number will typically be 10 or 13. The journey to Sázava will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Sázava, disembark at the stop 'Sázava, U Jezu'. From there, walk towards the river, and you will find Torzo mlýna located along the riverbank at U Jezu 285 06 Sázava, which is just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop.
