From Máchovo jezero, take the road heading towards Česká Lípa. Merge onto the D8 motorway in the direction of Prague. Continue on D8 for about 70 km, then take exit 1B for the R10 road towards Hradec Králové. After about 15 km, take exit 1 for the 1/61 road towards Prague. Follow this road until you reach Vinoř.
