Getting there

Walking

From the main square (Horní náměstí), walk northeast along Ostružnická street. Continue onto Pekařská street, cross the bridge over the Morava River, then turn right onto Pasteurova street. Nová Ulice will be on your left. The fountain is located in Nová Ulice. The walk is approximately 1.5 km and should take about 20 minutes.

Public Transport

From the main train station, take tram line 1, 4, or 6 towards Nová Ulice. Get off at the 'Nová Ulice' stop. The fountain is a short walk from the tram stop. A single ticket costs 20 CZK and is valid for 40 minutes. Tickets can be purchased at newsstands, vending machines, or via the DPMO mobile app.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available in Olomouc. A taxi ride from the city center to Fontána - kašna in Nová Ulice will cost approximately 150-200 CZK, depending on traffic. Ride-sharing services like Uber are also available.
