If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Pálava and head southeast on the road towards Vavřinec. Follow signs for Moravský kras. After approximately 15 km, you will reach Vavřinec. From there, continue on the local roads toward Sloup v Moravském Krasu. Koňský spád is located near the hiking trails in the Moravský kras region, so look for parking areas near the trailheads. Be prepared for a short hike to reach the observation deck.

Public Transportation

For public transportation, take a bus from Pálava to Blansko. From Blansko, transfer to another bus towards Vavřinec. The total journey may take about 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Vavřinec, you may need to walk approximately 2 km to reach Koňský spád. Follow the signs for hiking trails leading to Moravský kras. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance as they may vary, and ensure that you have small change for tickets.

Biking

If you're feeling adventurous, consider biking to Koňský spád. Rent a bike in Pálava and take the scenic route towards Vavřinec. The total distance is around 15 km and will take you through beautiful landscapes. Once you reach Vavřinec, continue following biking paths towards Sloup v Moravském Krasu. Make sure you are prepared for some uphill biking as you approach the hiking area. Bring water and snacks for the journey.
