Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving to the Minorite Monastery, head towards Brno. From the D1 motorway, take exit 194 for Brno-Centrum. Follow the signs for the city center. Once you reach the city, you can use GPS coordinates (49.1939023, 16.6113216) or the address Minoritská 469, 602 00 Brno-město to navigate directly to the monastery. There are parking options nearby, but be aware that there may be parking fees.

• Public Transportation - Train

  To reach the Minorite Monastery via train, take a train to Brno hlavní nádraží (the main train station). From there, you can either walk to the monastery, which is about a 15-minute walk (1.2 km), or take tram line 1 or 2 from the station to the stop 'Zelný trh'. From 'Zelný trh', it is a short 5-minute walk to the Minorite Monastery at Minoritská 469.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  If you prefer to travel by bus, you can take a bus to Brno's central bus station (ÚAN Zvonařka). From here, transfer to tram line 1 or 2 towards the city center and get off at 'Zelný trh'. The Minorite Monastery is a 5-minute walk from the tram stop. Be sure to check the local bus and tram schedules for the latest timetables.

• Walking

  For those already in the city center, the Minorite Monastery is easily accessible on foot. Starting from the main square (náměstí Svobody), head south towards the church of St. Thomas. Continue walking straight until you reach Minoritská street. The monastery is located at Minoritská 469, just a short walk from the main square.
