From the Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), take tram line 1 in the direction of Poruba. Get off at the 'Náměstí Republiky' stop. From there, walk west along 28. října street for about 5 minutes until you reach Prokešovo náměstí. The New City Hall Observation Tower will be on your right at Prokešovo nám. 8.

If you are near the Ostrava city center, you can walk to the New City Hall Observation Tower. Start at the Masaryk Square, head southeast towards 28. října street, and continue walking straight for approximately 10 minutes. You will pass by several shops and cafés. Once you reach Prokešovo náměstí, the tower will be right in front of you at Prokešovo nám. 8.

If you are coming from the Ostrava Zoo, take bus number 29 from 'Zoo' station and get off at 'Muzeum' station. From there, walk towards the north along the street for about 10 minutes, following the signs for the city center. When you reach Prokešovo náměstí, the New City Hall Observation Tower will be on your right.
