    If you are in the city center of Ostrava, you can take tram number 1, 2, or 6 from the 'Ostrava, Hlavní nádraží' tram stop. Board any of these trams heading towards 'Karolina' or 'Poruba'. After about 10-15 minutes, get off at the 'Stodolní' tram stop. From there, walk straight along 'Stodolní' street for about 5 minutes until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto 'Českobratrská' street. Continue walking for another 5 minutes, and you will see the Památník osvoboditelů on your right at number 18.

    If you are coming from the main square ('Masarykovo náměstí'), walk towards 'Nádražní' street. Continue straight until you reach the 'Ostrava, Hlavní nádraží' tram station.
