Public Transport - Tram
If you are near the Ostrava train station (Ostrava hlavní nádraží), take tram number 1 or 5 in the direction of 'Hranice' or 'Karolina'. After about 5 stops, get off at 'Prokešovo náměstí'. From the tram stop, walk straight towards Prokešovo náměstí and you will find the New City Hall located at number 8.

If you are in the city center, such as at the Masaryk Square (Masarykovo náměstí), head southeast on Masarykova street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Prokešovo náměstí. Turn left and walk for a few minutes; the New City Hall will be on your right at 8, Prokešovo nám. It's a short walk of about 10-15 minutes.

From the Ostrava City Center, you can also take bus number 37 or 48 from 'Ostrava, Náměstí Republiky' bus stop. Ride for about 3 stops and get off at 'Prokešovo náměstí'. The New City Hall is a short walk from the bus stop, just follow the signs towards the square.
