Travel Guide to Bezděkovský dům (Plzeň)

Getting There

• Public Transport - Tram

  If you are at the Plzeň Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), exit the station and head to the tram stop located just outside the station. Take tram number 1 towards 'Bolevec'. Ride for about 5 stops and get off at 'náměstí Republiky'. Once you exit the tram, you will be at the main square in Plzeň. From there, it's a short walk to Bezděkovský dům.

• Walking from náměstí Republiky

  From the 'náměstí Republiky' tram stop, walk towards the center of the square. Keep the impressive St. Bartholomew's Cathedral on your left. Continue straight ahead, and you will soon see the Bezděkovský dům located at nám. Republiky 95. The building is easily recognizable and located in a bustling area surrounded by shops and cafés.

• Public Transport - Bus

  If you are near the Plzeň City Centre, you can take a bus from the 'náměstí Republiky' bus stop. Bus number 20 towards 'Bolevec' will take you close to your destination. Get off at the next stop, 'Západočeské Muzeum'. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk back to nám. Republiky, where Bezděkovský dům is located.

• Walking from the city center

  If you are anywhere in the city center, simply head towards the main square, náměstí Republiky. Look for the prominent St. Bartholomew's Cathedral and walk towards it. Bezděkovský dům is at nám. Republiky 95, just a short walk from the cathedral, on the same square.
