If you are starting from the Plzeň Main Train Station, exit the station and head northwest on Plzeňská towards the city center. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers, where you will reach the 'Náměstí Republiky' square. From the square, take a right onto 'Smetanovy sady' and walk straight for about 300 meters. The J.K. Tyl Theatre will be on your left at Smetanovy sady 16.

If you are near the city center, you can take tram number 1 or 2 from 'Náměstí Republiky' tram stop. Board the tram heading towards 'Bolevec' (for tram 1) or 'Doudleby' (for tram 2). Get off at the 'Sady Pětatřicátníků' stop, which is approximately a 5-minute ride. From the tram stop, walk for about 200 meters along 'Smetanovy sady' in the direction of the theatre. The J.K. Tyl Theatre will be on your right at Smetanovy sady 16.
