If you are located near the Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), you can take Tram Line 1 towards the 'Bolevec' direction. Get off at the 'Sady Pětatřicátníků' stop. From there, walk straight down Sady Pětatřicátníků until you reach the intersection with Smetanovy sady. Turn left onto Smetanovy sady, and the Stará synagoga will be on your right at number 80/5.
Walking
If you are at the Plzeň Town Square (Náměstí Republiky), head east towards the street called Klatovská třída. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Smetanovy sady. Turn right onto Smetanovy sady, and you will find the Stará synagoga at number 80/5.

From the Plzeň Main Bus Station (Plzeň, Hlavní nádraží), take any bus that stops at 'Sady Pětatřicátníků'. Once you arrive, walk straight down Sady Pětatřicátníků until you get to the intersection with Smetanovy sady. Turn left onto Smetanovy sady and find the Stará synagoga at address 80/5.
Bicycle
If you are renting a bicycle, start from the Plzeň city center and head towards the riverfront along the Radbuza River. Follow the cycling paths until you reach Smetanovy sady. Once you reach Smetanovy sady, look for number 80/5 on your left, where the Stará synagoga is located.
