If you are near the National Theatre (Národní divadlo), take Tram 22 or Tram 6 from the 'Národní divadlo' stop towards 'Bílá Hora' or 'Radlická'. Get off at the 'Malostranská' stop. From there, walk to 'Malostranské náměstí' and head towards 'Karlův most' (Charles Bridge). Cross the bridge, and continue straight until you reach 'Klementinum'. From there, turn left onto Liliová Street. The Art Master Gallery will be on your right at Liliová 249.

If you are in Old Town Square (Staroměstské náměstí), head southwest towards 'Karlova' Street. Walk down 'Karlova' Street until you reach 'Klementinum'. Turn right onto 'Liliová Street', which is just after 'Klementinum'. The Art Master Gallery is located at Liliová 249, on your left side.

If you are at the main train station (Hlavní nádraží), take Metro Line C (the red line) from 'Hlavní nádraží' towards 'Nádraží Holešovice'. Get off at 'Muzeum' station and transfer to Metro Line A (the green line) towards 'Dejvická'. Get off at 'Staroměstská' station. Exit towards 'Staroměstské náměstí', and from there, follow the walking directions to the Art Master Gallery as described above.
