If you are near the city center, take tram number 22 from any stop on the route. Look for the stops labeled 'Karlovy lázně' or 'Malostranské náměstí'. Ride the tram for about 10-15 minutes and get off at 'Pražský hrad' (Prague Castle) stop. From there, follow the signs pointing towards the castle, which is a short walk uphill. Once you reach the castle complex, you will find the entrance to the Old Royal Palace at 'Třetí nádvoří Pražského hradu 48'.

If you are already in the Hradčany area or near the Charles Bridge, you can walk to the Old Royal Palace. Start from Charles Bridge and head northwest towards the castle. Follow the path along the river until you reach the castle stairs. Climb the stairs that lead up to the castle complex. Once inside the complex, walk towards the main courtyard, where you will find the entrance to the Old Royal Palace at 'Třetí nádvoří Pražského hradu 48'.
