If you are already in the Old Town area, you can simply walk to 'Parník - plavba po Vltavě'. Start from the Old Town Square, head west towards 'Karlova' street, and continue straight until you reach the Vltava River. Walk along the riverbank until you see the signs for 'Parník'. The walk will take about 15-20 minutes.
