Public Transport - Tram
If you're starting from the city center (e.g., Václavské náměstí), walk to the nearest tram stop, 'Muzeum'. Take tram number 26 towards 'Nádraží Hostivař'. Stay on the tram for about 15-20 minutes and get off at 'Nádraží Holešovice'. From there, transfer to tram number 12 or 17 towards 'Kobylisy' or 'Klamovka'. Get off at 'Zoo' stop, which is right outside the Prague Zoo entrance.

From the city center, take the metro (Line C) to 'Nádraží Holešovice'. After exiting the metro, follow the signs to the bus stop and take bus number 112. This bus will take you directly to the 'Zoo' stop where Prague Zoo is located.

If you are close to the Vltava River, you can walk towards the zoo. Head northwest along the riverbank, following the signs toward 'Trojský Zámek'. The zoo is located near the Troja Castle. The walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your starting point.

Take metro Line A from the city center to 'Malostranská'. From 'Malostranská', transfer to tram number 12 or 17 and ride towards 'Kobylisy' or 'Klamovka'. Get off at the 'Zoo' stop.
