Get off at 'Dvořákovo nábřeží'. From there, walk approximately 5 minutes along the riverside to 'nábř. E. Beneše'. You will see the Wine Boat docked alongside the river.

Cross the bridge, and on the other side, continue walking straight until you reach 'nábř. E. Beneše'. The Wine Boat will be on your left side along the riverbank.
