If you're starting from the Old Town Square, head northwest toward Celetná Street. Continue straight onto Rytířská Street, then turn right onto Karoliny Světlé. Follow Karoliny Světlé until you reach the riverbank, then turn left onto Smetanovo nábřeží. Walk along the river until you reach the Charles Bridge. Cross the bridge and head straight onto Křižovnická Street. Continue straight until it turns into Karlova Street. Finally, turn right onto Maiselova Street, and the Maiselova Synagogue will be on your left at Maiselova 10.

To reach the Maiselova Synagogue by tram, find the nearest tram stop. If you're near the Old Town Square, take tram number 17 or 18 from the 'Staroměstská' stop. Get off at 'Malostranská' stop. From there, walk up the hill on Újezd Street, then turn left onto Karmelitská Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Maiselova Street. Turn right and the synagogue will be located at Maiselova 10.

If you are close to the metro, take Line A (Green Line) from 'Staroměstská' station. Ride to 'Můstek' station and transfer to Line B (Yellow Line). Change trains at 'Můstek' and take it to 'Národní třída'. Exit the station and walk along Národní třída until you reach the intersection with Spálená Street. Turn left and walk until you reach the intersection with Maiselova Street. Turn right, and you will find the Maiselova Synagogue at Maiselova 10.
