If you prefer to take public transport, you can walk to the nearest tram stop, which is located at Staroměstská. From there, board tram number 17 towards the direction of Nádraží Holešovice. Get off at the next stop, which is Karlovy lázně. After exiting the tram, walk north along the Vltava River on Smetanovo nábřeží. Continue walking straight until you reach Mariánské nám., where Klementinum is located.

If you have access to a bike, you can cycle from anywhere in Josefov. Head toward the Vltava River and follow the riverside path south. Turn left when you reach the Charles Bridge and continue until you see the entrance to Klementinum on your right at Mariánské nám. 5. There are bike racks available nearby for parking.
