Public Transport
If you're starting from Wenceslas Square, head to the Můstek metro station (Line A). Take the metro towards Nemocnice Motol and get off at the next stop, Staroměstská. Once you exit, follow the signs for the Old Town Square. From the square, head northwest towards the Charles Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the Malá Strana district. You will find tram stop 'Malostranské náměstí' nearby. Take tram number 22 towards 'Bílá Hora' and get off at the stop 'Pražský hrad'. From there, walk up to the Prague Castle complex, and follow the signs to the Deer Moat, which is located in the gardens to the west of the castle.

Walking
Starting from Charles Bridge, walk towards the Malá Strana district. Follow the river on your right and turn onto the street called Ujezd, heading uphill. Continue walking until you reach the top of the hill where you'll find the Petrin Hill park. From there, head towards the castle area. As you approach Prague Castle, you'll see signs directing you to the Deer Moat. It's a lovely walk with beautiful views of the city, especially as you approach the castle gardens.

Tram
From the main train station (Hlavní nádraží), head to the tram stop just outside the station. Take tram number 26 towards 'Nádraží Holešovice'. Get off at the second stop, which is 'Václavské náměstí'. Transfer to tram number 22 towards 'Bílá Hora'. After a few stops, get off at 'Pražský hrad'. Walk towards the castle, and follow the signs leading to the Deer Moat located in the castle gardens.
