To reach Karlovo nám. in New Town, take the Metro Line B (the yellow line) from any station. If you're starting from Wenceslas Square, head to the Můstek station, which is at the end of the square. Board a train in the direction of Zličín and travel two stops to Karlovo náměstí station. Exit the station and follow the signs to Karlovo náměstí, which is just a short walk away.

If you prefer to take the tram, you can catch Tram 3, 4, 10, 14, or 16, depending on where you are in Prague. For instance, from the National Theatre, you can board Tram 14 towards Spojovací, and after two stops, get off at Karlovo náměstí. Once you disembark, you will find yourself right at the square.
