Car
If you're traveling by car, the Moravian Karst is easily accessible from Brno, the capital of South Moravia. Start your journey by taking the D1 highway towards Vyškov. After approximately 25 km, take the exit toward Blansko (exit 194). Continue on the road for about 10 km until you reach the town of Blansko. From there, follow the signs to Moravian Karst, which is located just a few kilometers north of Blansko. Parking is available at the visitor center, and be aware that a parking fee of around 50 CZK may apply.

Public Transportation
To reach Moravian Karst via public transportation, start at the main train station in Brno. Take a train heading to Blansko, which runs frequently and takes about 30 minutes. Once in Blansko, exit the train station and look for local buses (line 201 or 202) that go to the Moravian Karst visitor center. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as routes can vary. A ticket for the train from Brno to Blansko costs approximately 60 CZK, and the bus fare is around 20 CZK.
