From Masaryk Square in the center of Jihlava, walk east along Křížová street. The Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross is located approximately 500 meters from the square on the left side of the street. The walk is mostly flat and takes about 5-10 minutes.

From the Jihlava bus station, take trolleybus line A or B towards the city center. Get off at the 'Masarykovo náměstí' stop. From there, walk east along Křížová street for about 500 meters. The church will be on your left. A single public transport ticket costs 22 CZK for 30 minutes.
