From Blackbird State Forest, get onto Blackbird Landing Rd and head east. Merge onto Route 1 South via the ramp to Dover. Continue on Route 1 for about 15 miles. Take the exit for DE-8 West toward Dover. At the traffic light, turn left onto DE-8 (East Loockerman St). Continue straight until you reach S State St. Turn right and Constitution Park will be on your left at 301 S State St. Parking is available nearby.

There is a DART First State bus that runs from the Blackbird State Forest area to Dover. Board the bus at the nearest stop and ride it to the Dover Transfer Center.
