From Blackbird State Forest, start by heading west on Blackbird Forest Road. Continue for about 4 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 13. Turn right onto Route 13 North and continue for approximately 8 miles. Then, take the exit toward Route 1 South/Dover. Merge onto Route 1 South and continue for about 6 miles. Take the exit for Route 113 South toward Dover. Continue for approximately 2 miles and turn left onto The Green. First State Heritage Park will be on your right at 43 The Green, Dover, DE 19901.
