Driving
Delaware Seashore State Park is located along Coastal Highway (Route 1) between Dewey Beach and Bethany Beach. From Rehoboth Beach, head south on Route 1. The park entrances are well-marked. Parking fees are in effect from March 1 to November 30: $5 for Delaware-registered vehicles and $10 for out-of-state vehicles at ocean parks. An annual pass can be purchased for unlimited access.
Public Transport
DART First State's Route 208 bus provides access to Delaware Seashore State Park from Rehoboth Beach and other nearby towns. Check the DART website for the most up-to-date schedules and bus stop locations. A one-way fare is $2, and a daily pass is $4.
Walking
If you are staying in Dewey Beach, you can walk to Delaware Seashore State Park via the Coastal Highway. Be aware that there is limited pedestrian infrastructure along some sections of the highway, so exercise caution. The walk from the center of Dewey Beach to the northern end of the park is approximately 2 miles.
