From Lums Pond State Park, exit the park and turn left onto Route 896 S. Continue for about 4 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Merge onto Route 1 S and follow it for approximately 10 miles. Take exit 104 for Route 8 toward Dover. Continue on Route 8 for about 2 miles, which will take you into the city of Dover. Follow Washington Street signs, and you will find Silver Lake Park on your left at Washington St, Dover, DE 19901. Parking is available on-site.
