Getting There

    From Interstate 80, take Exit 4B for Hope/Blairstown. Follow Route 94 North for approximately 5 miles. Turn left onto Mount Pleasant Road. Continue for about 2 miles; Camp Taylor Campground and the Lakota Wolf Preserve will be on your left. Check in at the campground office to obtain a parking pass. Parking is free. From the parking area, you can either take a half-mile nature walk to the preserve entrance or use the free shuttle service.

    From the parking area at Camp Taylor Campground, visitors have the option of a half-mile nature walk to the Lakota Wolf Preserve. The trail leads uphill through a wooded area. Upon arrival at the preserve entrance, there is a gravel path leading 75 yards uphill to the observation area. Note that the terrain is uneven and may not be suitable for all mobility devices.
