If you're starting from the downtown area of Wilmington, head northwest on Market Street towards 11th Street. Continue straight on Market Street as it becomes Pennsylvania Avenue. Follow Pennsylvania Avenue for about 0.7 miles until you reach the intersection with Lookout Drive. Turn right onto Lookout Drive. Rockford Park will be on your left after a few blocks, located at Lookout Drive, Wilmington, DE 19806.

Public Transit
From the Wilmington train station, exit and head to the nearest bus stop. Take the DART First State Bus #33 towards the New Castle County Airport. Get off at the 'Pennsylvania Ave & Lookout Dr' stop. From there, walk down Lookout Drive, and you will find Rockford Park on your left. The park is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
