The center's architecture deliberately bridges Aalborg's diverse urban character, from large-scale waterfront areas to compact historic shopping streets. Two pedestrian bridges span Nytorv, one incorporating retail and dining spaces that hover above the main street, offering views of the animated city center below. The building's varied window formats and surface materials echo the city's structural evolution, while the refurbishment created a unified aesthetic that enhanced both interior and exterior appeal.
