Once you arrive, exit the station and head north on Jernbanevej toward Torvet. Continue straight until you reach Frederiksborg Slot, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the station.

From Copenhagen, take bus 500S from the Rådhuspladsen bus stop towards Hillerød. The journey takes around 45 minutes. Get off at the Hillerød Nord stop. From there, walk along Nørregade towards the castle, which is about a 10-minute walk. You will see the gardens as you approach the castle.
