From Rønde Busterminal, take bus line 123 or 121 towards Kalø Slotsruin. The bus stops near the parking lot for the castle. From the parking lot, it's approximately a 1.5 km walk to the castle ruins, including the walk along the medieval causeway. A single bus fare costs approximately 24 DKK. From Rønde, follow Molsvej (route 553) east towards Kalø. Signs will indicate the turn-off for Kalø Castle. There is a parking area near the start of the causeway. Parking is free. From the parking area, it's approximately a 1.5 km walk to the castle ruins along the causeway.
